Childrens Tai Chi

"Our experience with our child taking Tai Chi classes has been incredibly positive. We initially enrolled our son in Tai Chi to help with his focus and energy levels, and we've been amazed at the results. Physically, we've noticed a significant improvement in his balance and coordination. He's seem more agile and confident in his movements, which has been great to see.
